Hello! My name is Mattie Bindl. I'm currently a Ph.D. student in Environment and Resources at the University of Wisconsin-Madison studying computer modeling, energy, and climate policy. I’ve also served as the Science-A-Thon Program Coordinator since 2018!

My favorite thing about Science-A-Thon is getting a bird’s eye view of all the amazing science happening around the world every day. I’m so grateful to play a part in increasing the visibility of STEM and elevating the voices of our participants through this event. Looking forward to celebrating STEM with everyone during Science-A-Thon 2021!
