Earth Science Women’s Network

I’m Janelle Sherman Randle, a geologist who has recently left my oil and and gas career and is currently mastering the pivot! In this photo I am on a lovely limestone cliff side on the Jurassic Coast of southern England. Connecting to my fellow underrepresented science community is something that brings me sincere joy and fulfillment, and I am looking forward to attending Science-A-Thon.
