Sunset Over New York City

I'm a climate scientist and chief scientist for The Nature Conservancy, the biggest conservation organization in the world with projects in more than 70 countries. They care about climate change because they know it's a threat multiplier: if we don't fix it, we can't fix anything else that's wrong with the world. I'm also a professor at Texas Tech University, host the PBS YouTube series Global Weirding, and I wrote a book this year called "Saving Us: A Climate Scientist's Case for Hope and Healing in a Divided World".
