Please include your name as you would like it featured on our website and other promotional materials. Please note that the email address you provide will be used only by Science-A-Thon leadership and staff and will not be distributed to any other party.
Upload a photo of yourself in the field — this will be featured in our participant photo gallery as well as some social media posts. Then, provide a caption to your photo and tell us a little bit about yourself: your name, title/occupation, company/university, what you were doing in this photo, why you decided to participate in Science-A-Thon, etc.
Each Science-A-Thon 2021 registration includes a t-shirt. All participants who submit their registration by September 24, 2021, are expected to receive their t-shirt in the mail prior to the event start date of October 18, 2021. Registrations received after September 24 will also be eligible for a t-shirt, but are not guaranteed delivery before the start of the event.

By registering, you are granting approval for Science-A-Thon to: (1) feature your name, photo, field of science, and social media handles on our website, and (2) share, repost, or otherwise use the images and text that you send to us or explicitly tag on social media (reference to our accounts and/or hashtags). All use of your photos and information will be for the sole purpose of promoting science, diversity in science, Science-A-Thon, ESWN, or highlighting your participation in this event. Our goal is to respect you and your science — if you have concerns or want to restrict use of any images or text, please email us at staff@scienceathon.org.
